Believe it or not, people do actually make their own Easter baskets still. Years ago this wasn’t such a shocker but today, there are so many on the market with so many toys and candy selections that you may wonder why people even bother to make their own.
If you are someone who prefers things homemade or you just can never find a basket that has exactly what you want in it, you can make your own Easter baskets and some of these are much better than those that you find in a store.
Many require very few supplies and some of these even give you great ideas on how to fill those baskets.
Whether you simply prefer things the DIY way or you have decided that this will finally be the year you choose to make your own Easter baskets for family and friends, we have a great collection of 25 baskets that you are sure to love.
Easy DIY One Egg Easter Basket
While this DIY Easter basket isn’t going to hold all of their Easter goodies – and you can’t really use it for Easter egg hunting – it’s a beautiful decoration and perfect for single eggs or just a few candies. You make this basket with tissue paper and a toilet paper roll.
You don’t need the entire roll, so cut it carefully and you can get a couple of baskets out of each empty roll. Then, you need tissue paper in a great Easter pastel and green to resemble a flower. It’s a simple yet beautiful Easter basket that you can use in so many ways.

Great ideas.... but why does the car (for girls) have to be pink????? Let's move past these crazy notions of pink and blue corresponding to genders and just celebrate!
Amazinglillypie
Just shut up please
Sally Mae
Our world still goes off of tradition and traditionally girls like pink, boys like blue. If you want to dress your little boy in pink that's your prerogative however, this site is for Easter ideas not your opinion on different colors for gender.
Laurie
Amen Sally Mae; sheesh why is everything a debate any more .
SCR
I was going to politely ask you to shut up but it looks like someone already did.
