1. Upcycled T-Shirt Throw Pillow

Just take the t-shirt and cut a fringe into it. Once you fill it with pillow form or batting, you just tie up the fringes to hold it all in place. You could also repurpose flannel shirts in the same manner and make your pillows super soft.

You will need fleece in a number of colors, depending on how many of these you want to make, and you’ll need white for the “filling” of the macaroon. It takes about a yard of fleece for each pillow.

You make the embellishments with gold foil – like wrapping paper – and white cotton fabric for the base really sets off the gold. If you have fabric and some pillow stuffing, you can easily make your own. You need about a yard of coordinating fabrics to make this one as well as a yard of muslin, pillow stuffing and your sewing machine. These can be done in all sorts of designs and colors.
20. Rustic Recycled Roses Pillow
Roses made from all sorts of fabrics adorn this easy to make pillow and make it so beautiful. You just cut out the shape that you want your pillow to be from any fabric that you want and then use those cloth roses to decorate it. Add in as many or as few as you like. This is a wonderful way to use up fabric scraps and you can use your roses to embellish other things, as well.
21. DIY Rose Petal Pillow
This elegant little pillow almost looks like angel wings and it’s super easy to make. You will need white canvas or white denim material to create the pillow and then sew on silk rose petals that you can get at the Dollar Store or Walmart for just a

This little shag pillow is super comfortable and really easy to make. You’ll need a yard of jersey fabric for each pillow as well as cotton fabric that matches the color.
