Lemons and limes help to flush out toxins from your digestive tract and grapefruits help you to burn fat. This delicious detox water has strawberries and kiwis and is the perfect summer drink. You will need 2 liters of water, a couple of strawberries and a couple of kiwis. Just chop your kiwis and strawberries, add to your water and sit in the fridge for a couple of hours to let it seep. You need a gallon pitcher of spring water and a few raspberries along with sliced grapefruit, cucumbers, and pears and a sprig of fresh mint. Strawberry Infused Vitamin Water

      My favorite detox water is a glass of purified water with either fresh lemon juice or lemon essential oil, apple cider vinegar, raw honey and a pinch of cayenne, tumeric and freshly pressed ginger. This is great to relieve constipation and also great to help with decreasing acid reflux as well as overall digestion if taken about 5-10 minutes before a meal.       Hello!

      As a fellow asthmatic, I find that I feel even better when I'm drinking vitamin/ 'detox' waters, especially lemon. Lemons have vitamin C, which help you keep your immune system up- helpful for avoiding colds and whatnot that can irritate your lungs.

      The water shouldnt effect your asthma- UNLESS you have food allergies.

      Dont know if that helps at all, but

    my boyfriend has been insisting on this detox for a while -- and now I see why...he also adds ginger in his water - a bit spicy, but delicious! I began my diet regimen again and I am going to add the detox water and the fruits to it - plain water is good, water w fruits its way better - more phenomenal if it actually does so much good to your body! thank you!!
