sana
it tastes do baad ........the lemon detox .
kate
I have read that it is more beneficial to chop the whole lemon into chunks, or rather thin slices, and put those into water (don't squeeze the lemon slices /chunks, just drop them in the water), and drink that in the morning......adding whatever else you would like. Leave the peel on the lemon (use organic) and just let them sit in the water overnight. There is goodness in the peel that is really detoxing, and you don't get all the juice that will compromise the enamel on your teeth. It's very good, and you can really taste the bitter peel....very good.
Elvira
Love it thank you so much for this
