Salads are seriously one of my favorite foods. I don’t even care what kind of salad it is…I’m going to eat it. Recently, I began trying to cook a bit healthier for my family so I started looking for some healthier alternatives to fried and fatty side dishes. I found three of the most delicious salad recipes and all of these are so simple to make. If you think that eating healthy has to be tasteless, you haven’t tried these salads yet. There is a great chicken salad, a brown butter tomato salad and a tomato salad with zucchini and cucumbers.

Three Delicious And Easy To Prepare Salads To Add Flavor To All Of Your MealsIf you are trying to eat healthier these salads are the perfect side dish, or they could even count as a great and filling lunch. They’re very low in calories and fat and so super easy to make. Now, if you’re looking for a great pasta based side salad, I highly recommend this BLT pasta salad. It’s also filled with delicious ingredients and easy to make. If you want a more traditional salad without the pasta however, these three delicious and easy to make salads are the perfect choice.

Salad is such a great side dish option and these three delicious salads will compliment any main dish that you choose to make. Any of them would be perfect to serve with this crispy garlic parmesan salmon. Or, just add chicken (to the two recipes that don’t have chicken) or seafood to them to make them a great main course salad. Salads are so versatile and so delicious and you can eat them whenever you want because they are so healthy! Here’s to your health…and here’s to a great salad. I hope you enjoy these three salad recipes as much as I have.
