How to Make Quick and Easy Parmesan Potato Stacks

June 4, 2016 By Vanessa Beaty 1 Comment

How to Make Quick and Easy Parmesan Potato Stacks {Video recipe}Literally everything you can make with potatoes is amazing. Whether we’re talking baked potatoes or French fries, I can’t get enough of them. So when I saw a recipe for “parmesan potato stacks,” naturally I had to check them out. I couldn’t picture what that was going to be, but it turns out that it is incredible. Watch this quick video and you’ll see what I mean:

Mmmm … don’t those look incredible? My mouth is watering just writing about them. I can’t believe how easy this looks—not what you’d expect given that the finished result when you pull them out of the oven looks anything but simple! If someone served these to me at a party, I would assume that they were an incredibly complicated gourmet recipe. Hours and hours of work I’d assume! They are really beautiful to look at, almost like flowers. I can’t imagine how delectable they will taste.

Why imagine it though when I can try it? I could sit here typing all day, but that won’t get these parmesan potato stacks onto my plate. So I am going to head to the grocery store now to pick up what I need to make these as a side dish for dinner tonight! I just know they are going to be a huge hit with my family, especially with my kids, who love fries (and these are pretty similar). And I can’t wait to serve them for my next dinner party!
