Cool Off This Summer With These 5 Delicious Homemade Ice Cream Milkshakes

Cool Off This Summer With These 5 Delicious Homemade Ice Cream MilkshakesI don’t know about you, but I love it when it gets really hot over the summer! I have a blast sunbathing on the deck and enjoying all that warmth and brightness. It’s fun relaxing with a book or a magazine and watching my kids playing in the backyard. It feels like such a carefree time.

But some days it is just too hot. On days like those, I want something cold to refresh me! Something like a delicious milkshake. That’s something I couldn’t do before, but now that I have a brand new blender, I am ready for a challenge.

I just found a video which teaches you how you can make 5 amazing milkshakes at home. And guess what? They look surprisingly easy to make.

You’ll learn recipes and directions for making the following frozen treats:

  • Banana-Caramel Milkshake
  • Oreo Milkshake
  • Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter Milkshake (vegan recipe)
  • Strawberry Cheesecake Milkshake

Printable recipe for each milkshake is available on Gemma’s recipe blog here.

Gemma has all of the ingredients and instructions written out in full below the video, so after you watch you don’t need to keep scrolling back to the part you missed or forgot. You can just read it directly off the page. I really appreciate this, as I usually need to go back a dozen times while following YouTube recipes! Gemma’s video is easy to follow, entertaining, and enjoyable to watch. I can’t decide which of these looks the tastiest. I’ll just have to make them all this summer and find out!
