That’s a Wrap! How to Make Your own Gift Bag (It’s so Easy!)
Picking out the perfect gift—or taking the time to make something yourself—can often turn out to be a much tougher task than previously anticipated. If you’ve put so much thought into the gift itself, then you certainly need to present it in a stunning way too. Honestly, gift wrapping has never been a strong suit of mine – it’s one of those tedious chores that I absolutely hate, especially when the item I’m wrapping has an awkward shape. So I’m glad I found this really easy tutorial so that from now on, I can simply fold my own gift bag and leave the wrapping struggles behind.

Video Instructions:

Video by Innova Crafts.

What you need:

  • Colored paper
  • Glue
  • Ribbon

I’m not going to take you through the steps because it really won’t make as much sense as if you watch the video yourself.

Thanks to this great technique, all you need to purchase is one piece of paper in a pretty color or pattern (you’ll probably already have some paper and ribbon in your craft box, anyway). And if your gift is a bit larger, just apply this same technique to a bigger piece of paper. Piece of cake, right?

This is such a great idea! I've purchased those colored gift/lunch bags (like one made in demonstration) and usually just folded the top down and sealed with a sticker... But now, I have new idea - thanks!
