I really have an incredible number of paperclips in my house. I find them all the time in parking lots, so I pick them up and stow them away. Until now, I didn’t really have a use for all these paperclips. They just sit in their box being colorful but useless. I mean, how often in life do you need to clip papers together? I can’t remember the last time.
But now I have made an amazing discovery. Paperclips, it turns out, are one of humanity’s most incredible inventions. And they are useful for so much more than holding papers together. Just watch this awesome video to see what I mean.

I can’t believe how brilliant these are! The very first one with the mobile stand is amazing. I had to practice several times before I could bend the paperclip the right way to make it work, but now I’ve got it down. I am definitely going to use this the next time I go traveling and need to prop up my phone to watch movies in my hotel room. I also love the hack later in the video with the roll of tape. I absolutely can’t stand it when I lose the end of the tape roll! But if you just stick a paperclip onto the end of the tape, you will never lose it again. Very cool.
