Bread and Nutella go together like break-ups and ice cream, girls’ night and wine, cats and the Internet. To us, this delicious Nutella treat is the new cinnamon bun! We’ve got a very easy-to-follow video that guides you through every step of the process, so “I’m not such a good baker” really is no excuse to miss out on this one – you just need to be able to follow instructions. The best part is that the finished product looks exquisitely impressive, but the effort doesn’t really reflect that.

The dough is an enriched dough which is very similar to brioche; for that you’ll need bread flour, sugar, dried instant yeast, salt, butter, full cream milk, and two eggs. After mixing, you can knead the dough by hand – you may find that it’s actually quite therapeutic. The dough takes a few hours to rise and the actual baking time is about 15 to 20 minutes so make sure you plan ahead.
The end result is a gooey, chocolatey, floral-shaped piece of heaven that you and your friends or family can simply pull apart and devour. Enjoy, and you’re welcome!
