25 Bottle Cap Upcycling Projects That Add Flair To Your Home

June 16, 2017 By Vanessa Beaty 1 Comment

When I was younger, one of my favorite things to do was collect bottle caps. Unfortunately, the younger me didn’t know about DIY, so those old caps just sat in a box and went unused for years. Today, I absolutely love finding bottle cap projects that allow me to put those caps to use in creative and gorgeous ways, and that’s why I am thrilled to show you these 25 bottle cap upcycle projects that will add flair to your home and style to your wardrobe.

If you drink soda, or beer for that matter, you may have several bottle caps that you can use for these projects. If you don’t, you can often find these in bags at thrift stores and flea markets for just a couple dollars. Given the scope of some of these projects, a couple of dollars for the bottle caps is a steal, too. Upcycling is one of my favorite things and allows me to keep so much trash from the dump every year. You can turn so much trash into treasure, like these 25 projects you can make from old teacups.

Whether you’re looking for a specific bottle cap project or you just want ideas on what to do with those loads of caps, you’re sure to find some inspiration in these projects. There is everything from garden decor to clocks and coasters and even some beautiful jewelry projects that you can make. If you’ve ever bought bottle cap jewelry, you know it’s not cheap. The DIY way is so much better – meaning cheaper – and you get to customize each piece however you want it. This is why I love to upcycle. It allows you to turn items that you would normally throw out into beautiful new creations, just like these 20 genius ways to upcycle tuna cans.

So, if you love bottle cap projects then you are going to really love this collection. It’s got everything you could imagine to help you use up those bottle caps and give yourself a few new things for the house as well. I hope you love these projects as much as I do and I hope you’ll share which ones you try.
