Ancient Beauty Remedy for Summer Glow - Ice Facial Recipe with Green Tea and Vitamin E

There are so many products on the market today that target women and their desire to look healthier and more radiant. Unfortunately, many of those products contain chemicals can cause your skin to actually look worse after use. The best way to achieve a natural glow is to use natural remedies and do we have just the remedy for you! We like to keep away from chemicals and products as much as possible, as you’ll see in our collection of natural beauty secrets.

Video Tutorial:

This DIY ice facial is an excellent way to reduce swelling in the morning and close off those large pores. Ice facials are popular around Asia and this one adds Vitamin E and green tea for added benefit. You just use it first thing in the morning, after your hot shower, and it will keep your skin looking radiant and beautiful all day long. And don’t you dare toss your tea bags when you’re done – there are actually some great ways to reuse teabags and use them on your skin and around the house.

Note that it does use ice so you will need to get used to the “shock” from the cold but once you get past that you will really love doing this every morning.

P.S you can wrap the ice cubes in a towel if it burns. Protip: add fresh lemon juice for extra Vitamin C.
