You’ve surely heard of the Paleo diet by now. It’s one of the most popular healthy eating plans out there today. It’s also known as the caveman diet because it involves foods that are not processed and nothing that you wouldn’t have eaten back in the caveman days.

Make them up ahead and pop them in the freezer so you have a great Paleo dinner waiting for you when you need it. Want to really cut down on the fat and calories? Use turkey sausage instead of pork.
5. Paleo Zucchini Fritters

Shredded zucchini makes these fritters healthy, and they are, of course, delicious. If you love zucchini bread, then you are sure to love these fritters. You just shred the zucchini up in a food processor (if you have one – if not, just shred it by hand). Egg, carrot, pepper, a bit of salt, and coconut oil for cooking give them a wonderful flavor. These are perfect for any time, and you can play around with the recipe a bit, adding different herbs and spices if you want a different flavor. They are easy to make and go so well with so many different entrees.
