What does summertime make you think of? It makes me think about childhood—running around outside with my friends on a hot day, chasing after the ice cream truck. My favorite treats were usually popsicles. So every time summer rolls around, it immediately puts me in the mood for a little nostalgia. I’m not going to go chasing the ice cream truck, but I am going to be having plenty of frozen desserts.

These recipes look way better than anything I ever got from the ice cream truck—some of them actually seem gourmet! You need a food processor for some of the recipes but not for all of them, so definitely don’t shy away if you don’t have one.
Just watching this video is making my mouth water, so I am going to head to the store right now to pick up some fresh fruit. It may not be summer yet, but we have a few hot days in the forecast ahead of us—so I am going to take advantage and make my first set of popsicles.
