SUPPLIES NEEDED
Empty wine bottles Silver spray paint Large numbers for the year Silver glitter Dowels Silver tinsel Hot glue gun & glue sticks

Remove the label from the wine bottle and clean then dry it well. Once clean, spray the outside of the bottle on all sides and the neck with silver spray paint.

Use the hot glue gun to add a strip of glue around the outer edge of each number.
step 3
Sprinkle glitter over the glue, then shake to remove any excess.
step 4
Once the glitter is dry, glue the number onto the bottom half of the painted wine bottle.
step 5
Add picks with tinsel and pipe cleaner spirals into the top of the bottle to decorate.
display
Line up the bottles with the numbers in order of the new year and add to a mantle.
